1. Services

Martha Skin Method ("we") offers personalized facial and body skincare treatments by licensed esthetician Martha Mosquera, including online bookings through this website. By booking an appointment, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Deposits

A $45 non-refundable deposit is required for every booking and is applied toward your service when the appointment is completed. This booking experience does not collect online payments; the deposit and any remaining balance will be confirmed directly by Martha Skin Method.

3. Rescheduling and cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. One reschedule is allowed per appointment, and the deposit may transfer when proper notice is given. Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. You can manage, reschedule or cancel your appointment using the management link in your confirmation.

4. Late arrivals and no-shows

Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show. The deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance is charged to the card on file.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep availability up to date. Martha Skin Method is not responsible for interruptions in third-party technology or booking services. Treatments are not a substitute for medical care; please share any medical conditions or treatments during your consultation.
