Life happens. Please reach out as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.
A $45 non-refundable deposit is required for every booking and is applied toward your service when the appointment is completed.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed per appointment, and the deposit may transfer when proper notice is given.
Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show. The deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance is charged to the card on file.
